PLUTARCH 'PLUTO' FACCETTI, waddles in with three other greaseballs. GEEP and two anons. The group show everyone that is 'purposefully not looking' that they have run of the joint. They seat themselves, pinch waitress ass and order a fuckload of food. The Wops eye the customers -- including a once over of Rapp -- decide he's nobody -- and start to jaw.

PAN TO:
Rapp reaches into his TOWER RECORDS shopping bag feels for his Sony MINI DAT and presses 'REC.'

PAN TO:
FACCETTI (we're catching him mid-sentence)
-- so the fuckwad comes cryin' to me. Unbelievable...
(The other three goons agree that the story is indeed, 'unbelievable.'
But then again, they'd agree to just about anything Mr. Faccetti told them to.)
So, Geep's, what's the up with the security company I jus' bought?

GEEP
Huh?

FACCETTI
Don't fuckin' 'Huh' me. You heard me. Warner Tilton -- the fucking security -- rent-a-cop agency we bought last month -- I hear there's trouble.

GEEP
No big thing. Summa the workers got it in their heads that with new management comes pay raises. Me and the boys have disillusioned them of that implication.

FACCETTI (chews on both a meatball and Geep's dialogue)
I'm gonna skip right by the incorrect phraseology and get to the heart of the beast. This investment is a goldmine. We pay six to seven bucks an hour and bill seventeen an hour each security detail. Don't fuck it up.

GEEP
Less medical.

FACCETTI
No fuckface -- not 'less medical' these employees are contract employees -- their medical benefits are drawn through their contracting agency --having read the fine print, which you obviously did not -- we don't take the hit for that. The contracting agencies -- plural -- were streamlined to one-singular- by me and that one singular employment agency recently streamlined their prescription plan to one singular pharmacy -- Walgreen's. That's an fiestafuck of new biz fer Walgreen's. (interrupts his own train) ...so we need to buy summa that stock tomorrow (back on original rail) As with all contract employees -- we can layoff or augment staff whenever the fuck we want without impacting our Wall Street numbers.

GEEP
Genius boss! Faccetti shoots Geep a look that says 'yer a moron.'

FACCETTI (continues)
Whatever. Anyway. Check on the contracting agency -- (running names through his fingers to remind himself which one they ended up with) - Apple One, Interim, Manpower-Manpower, I think it's 'Manpower'... make 'em understand again its 6-7 an hour -- those fucks can be dangerous and create workforce problems -- these so-called workforce solution fucks --their billables go up if they can boost their contractor's wages. It's a fuckin' mafia.

All at the table laugh.
